MAC Centers

MAC Centers are welcoming and accessible places located across the state where older people and people with disabilities, as well as their families and representatives, can obtain unbiased information and assistance in locating long-term care services and supports or applying for benefits. They provide a central source of reliable, objective information about a broad range of programs and services. MAC Centers also help people understand and evaluate the various options available to them regardless of income or eligibility for publicly funding long-term care.

Who do MAC Centers help?

Mac Centers are here to help older people and people with disabilities, along with their families and representatives, find long-term care services and supports to keep them living well and independently.

How do MAC Centers help?

MAC specialists provide assistance within a local center, over the phone, within a person's home or in another convenient location. All assistance is free and confidential.

For more information, visit your local MAC Center, go to www.MississippiAccesstoCare.org or call toll free 844-822-4MAC (4622).

Call Vulnerable Person Abuse Hotline at 844-437-6282 to report abuse, neglect or exploitation of a vulnerable adult or click https://fw2.harmonyis.net/MSLiveIntake/ to make a non-emergency report. Call local law enforcement agency or 911 if the situation is a life threatening emergency.
